We focus on what we do best — delivering quality tech like smartphones, tablets, must-have accessories (chargers, cables, cases, you name it), and even Starlink gear to keep you connected wherever you are.
We do our best to show accurate photos and descriptions, but hey, we’re human. If there’s a small error (like a typo or stock issue), we’ll let you know ASAP and offer a fix — maybe a replacement, refund, or a great alternative.
3. Prices & Payments
All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES). No hidden fees. What you see is what you pay.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Kenya using trusted partners like G4S, DHL, and Kenya Post. Most orders ship within 24–48 hours after confirmation for orders outside Nairobi and the same day delivery within Nairobi.. we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
If you're outside a major town or in a more remote area, delivery might take a little longer — but we’ll still make sure it gets to you safely.
Starlink items may have special delivery timelines — we’ll let you know if that’s the case.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you buy. If something’s not right — wrong item, damaged in transit, or just not working like it should — no worries. Just reach out within 7 days of receiving your item.
What we accept for return:
Phones, tablets, and accessories that are unused and still in original packaging
Faulty or damaged tech (we’ll help you troubleshoot or replace it)
We don’t accept returns for:
Opened earphones/headsets (hygiene stuff)
Items damaged due to misuse
Starlink gear that’s been activated (unless it’s defective)
Once we get your return and check it out, we’ll either send you a replacement or process a refund.
6. Warranty Info
Most of our devices come with a limited warranty (usually 6–12 months). If something goes wrong and it’s covered, we’ll help you get it repaired or replaced. Just keep your receipt and warranty card safe.
Starlink hardware follows the manufacturer’s warranty terms — reach out and we’ll guide you through that too.
7. Your Account
If you create an account on Sawalink, keep your login details private. You’re responsible for anything that happens under your account. If you ever suspect something fishy, let us know right away.
