At Sawalink, we know how exciting it is to order new tech — whether it’s a phone, tablet, accessory, or Starlink equipment. We want to make sure your order gets to you safely and quickly, and that you're completely happy with your purchase. Here’s how our shipping and return process works:

Where we deliver:
We ship all across Kenya. Whether you're in Nairobi, Kisumu, Mombasa, Eldoret, or somewhere more remote — we’ll get your order to you.
Delivery time:
Nairobi & surrounding areas: Same-day delivery for orders confirmed before 12:00 PM
Major towns: 1–2 business days
Rural or remote areas: 2–4 business days
Starlink products: May take slightly longer — but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way
Delivery partners:
We work with trusted logistics providers including G4S, DHL, and Kenya Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Order processing:
Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are handled the next working day.
Tracking your order:
Once your order is out for delivery, we’ll send you an update via SMS, WhatsApp, or email with tracking or delivery details.
🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love everything you buy from us. But if something isn’t right, don’t worry — we’re here to fix it.
You can request a return if:
The item arrived damaged or faulty
You received the wrong item
You changed your mind (as long as the item is unused and still sealed in original packaging)
Items that can’t be returned:
Used or damaged items caused by misuse
Opened earphones/headsets (for hygiene reasons)
Starlink kits that have already been activated (unless faulty)
Return window:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to start a return or exchange.
How to return an item:
Just reach out to us at info@sawalink.com or call/WhatsApp 0722919188. We'll walk you through the steps and advise where to send your return.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement. Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days, depending on your payment method.
Return shipping costs:
If the error is on our end (wrong or damaged item), we cover the return cost
If you changed your mind, the return cost is on you
